What happens if my scooter gets damaged during my rental period?


No matter the damage, the maximum we charge is $100. All normal wear and tear is covered by moon. The scooters are extremely durable, but it is rare that repairs are needed after accidents.

What happens if my scooter
is stolen?


We charge up to $50. Once you have submitted a police report and paid the fee, you may pick up a replacement scooter.

Is there a deposit or additional fees?


There is a small fully refundable deposit of $30. The deposit is refunded when the scooter is return on time and in good condition to one of our hubs.
