Embark on a journey toward full ownership with our streamlined rent-to-own program. At just $100 per month for 12 months, you can own your very own Moon Scooter. Here’s what our program offers:
Monthly Payments: Commit to $100 per month over 12 months.
Deposit: A $50 down payment is required to initiate the program.
Switch Back Option: If a payment is late, you can revert to our standard rental plan at $80 per month without any penalties.
Payment Flexibility and Return Policy:
Late Payments: Option to switch to a rental plan if you're unable to make a timely payment.
Missed Payments and Returns: If no payment is made, we may request the scooter's return. You can return the scooter anytime during the 12-month term, receive a refund of your deposit, and retain any credits from payments made, enabling you to rejoin the program later without losing your progress.
Re-Enrollment: Exiting the program doesn't mean the end. You can rejoin and pick up where you left off, subject to a new or partial deposit if the previous one was affected by prior circumstances.
Repairs and Servicing:
During Rental Period: A loaner scooter is provided for free while your original scooter is being repaired.
Repair Notifications: We'll fix your scooter and notify you when it's ready for collection.
Warranty:
One-Year Warranty: Begins after your final payment, covering motor, battery, controller, electrical systems, and frame.
Exclusions: Does not cover tires, brake pads, cosmetic or accidental damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications.
